Villa Gingillo is a splendid three-story villa surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps 12 people. From Villa Gingillo you will enjoy an enchanting view of the greenery and of the hills. Villa Gingillo is 280 square meters (3000 square feet). It features a private swimming pool and two private jacuzzi pools, two private patios, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1.4 km (1.1 miles) from Tavarnelle Val di Pesa, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will reach Villa Gingillo from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Gingillo you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises.

Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool from the villa going down a route that cuts through the garden and includes approximately 40 stairway steps. The pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, from 1.20 meter (4 feet) to 2.20 meters (7.2 feet) deep. In the swimming pool area you will also find a heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage. It is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. This area is also equipped with a small sofa and armchairs, and it is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola with a bamboo roof. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a bright view of the Tuscan hills and of the greenery. The pool is open from mid-April until mid-October. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue.
Patio 1
The first patio is 35 square meters (375 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an elegant gazebo and by awnings. It is equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs and with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a pleasant view of the greenery and of the garden.
Garden
The garden is 1000 square meters (10800 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. In the garden you will find a children's playground. From the garden you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside.
Ground FloorLiving Room 1
The first living room is paved with ancient stone tiles. The ceiling is made of wood. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa and armchairs. There is a small fireplace, for decorative purposes only. From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through two French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Living Room 2
You will be able to enter the second living room from the first living room. The floor is paved with wood. The ceiling is made of wood and has white exposed beams. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa and an armchair. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has two windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Dining Room
You will be able to enter the dining room from the first living room. The furnishings are modern and welcoming. The dining table can accommodate 12 guests. The furnishings include two armchairs. There is a nice fireplace, for decorative purposes only. The room has a window, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Game Room
You will be able to enter the game room from the second living room climbing two steps. Here you will be able to have fun with a pool table. The furnishings include a small sofa. The room has two windows. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen 1
You will be able to enter the first kitchen from the dining room and from the first living room. It is very well equipped, with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and a kettle. The kitchen has two windows, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Half bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the dining room through an access area.
Laundry room
