The apartment is 43 m² and has a huge terrace of 20m². The flat is fully equipped with elevator, garden furniture, internet access (wifi), air conditioning, 1 TV. The open-plan kitchen, with a ceramic hob, is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.

This apartment is located in the best area of Barcelona, the Eixample Dret. In this neighborhood is an architectural marvel that attracts millions of tourists, more than 4 million per year, The Sagrada Familia. Hours of writing could be dedicated to the work that would give rise to Catalan modernism in 1882 and that Gaudí himself would have predicted: “People from all over the world will come to see what we are doing”. So, there are plenty of reasons to say that staying at the foot of this world monument and having full views of the basilica from its terrace is a privilege. - Replacement of towels, sheets, or toilet paper is not included.

- Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. Guests must bring sheets. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge €30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50 and after 1am it will be €100

- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR and from 1 a.m. it will be 100 euros.

- If the arrival day is 12/24, 12/25, 12/26, 12/31 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 100 euros and after 1 a.m. 150 euros

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona 2023 will apply. (€5.5/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).
