Stay was good for one night as we needed to go to the airport early and it was a close train ride. Staff were very friendly and nice and I liked how they had complimentary snacks and wine at the entrance. Area was a little sketch though and it was a long ride to get to the city.

Totally recommend this Hotel! Staff are very helpful, short walk to the bus station, the hotel provides a shuttle to the airport. The hotel is newly built and very clean. The owner Santiago, introduced himself and gave us a warm welcome. The Hotel offered, wine, coffee, water and snacks as you arrive. We will stay at this location again when we visit Europe!

Had to stay here last minute due to flight disruption. Was pleasantly surprised. Easy to get to on the train from the terminal. Had to walk 2 blocks. The hotel had complimentary coffee, wine and snacks which was so nice. The staff were very friendly. Also 2 waters for you in the room. Amazing! The room was perfect for my one night stay. Easy to sign into streaming services on the TV. Would stay there again.

Denied service and charge the full amount. My flight was delayed to the point where I wasn’t able to go as a reservation. I contacted the hotel service to see if there was anything that they could do to refund me as this is outside my control. They mentioned they couldn’t, so I was going to use the hotel for the two hours that I have my transfer for so I can get some moneys worth but once I got there, they said that they processed the cancellation as a no show, didn’t tell me, didn’t even give me a room and charge me the full amount.

Clean and tidy hotel few minutes drive from airport. Good for overnight stay if need airport. Reception v helpful. Bed ok. Room v roomy for 3 adults in 3 beds. Would recommend

Our flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive at the hotel until after midnight. It was no problem. Rod meet us at the counter. He is very, very nice and an excellent host. The kindness he showed us was amazing. My cellphone fell out of my pocket in the cab to the hotel from the airport and Rod tracked down the driver and I was able to retrieve my phone. How nice is that? Thank you Rod!

The hotel was great however, upon checking the lobby staff asked if i would like a taxi scheduled for a morning flight i had the next day. I said yes and thanked him for the suggestion. In the morning when the taxi arrived there was already a 14€ charge on the meter. I was not impressed with this as i was less than a 10 min drive to the airport. The main reason why i chose this hotel. I wish i was informed by the staff that the taxi meter would start from the point of where the driver was coming from. This experience ruined my otherwise great 1 night stay at Aerohotel.

While the property is clean and new as advertised in reviews, I don’t think it compares favourably to other properties located in Barcelona’s city centre. This is comparatively out of the way, has no restaurant or bar, and the housekeeping is limited (towels changed very three days or on request) on the rationale of protecting the environment. The environmental objective is worthy of pursuit but cost control seems to be real objective (I saw a single staff person on duty at a time during my two days) If I had not chosen the property for its proximity to the airport, I would have been more irritated about the cost (which exceeded what I paid for better hotels I stayed at during the same visit in Barcelona). At a better price point and with better disclosure, this would not be a bad option.

We used this hotel for a quick overnight stay before an early flight. Comfortable bed, complementary wine, spacious room. Walking distance from transit and quick uber ride to the airport. Only complaint was the shower was so small that it was hard to get in and out of.
