Inside, you’ll discover a carefully crafted living space with noble materials like wood and stone, a bright double bedroom, a comfortable bathroom with a large walk-in shower, and a kitchen fully equipped with Siemens appliances and a Nespresso machine, ideal to feel at home. Upstairs, a cozy loft serves as a work area before leading to the terrace, the true jewel of the house, perfect for morning coffee, relaxing in the afternoon, or enjoying the city sunset.

Every detail is designed for your comfort: large wardrobes, pillow selection, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs with streaming services, full-size washer and dryer, energy-efficient air conditioning, and a safe. RitualsÂź amenities are provided upon arrival, and a baby travel cot is available on request.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Located in Central Barcelona, at a walking distance from the Sagrada Familia, and with a very comfortable access to all major points of the city thanks to the proximity of the metro station [just a 6 min metro ride (3 stops) to the centric Paseo de Gracia]. A neighborhood with lots of places and corners to enjoy and experience at first hand the essence of Barcelona. And all this just one hundred meters from the superb ‘Hospital de Sant Pau’, designed by Lluís Domùnech i Montaner, one of the main representatives of Catalan modernism, world heritage by UNESCO since 1997.

The house is strategically located just 2 minutes walk from the ‘Sant Pau - Dos de Maig’ station of Line 5 (Blue) Barcelona’s metro (tube), from which you’ll easily connect to other subway and city bus lines.

These HOUSE RULES are mandatory. By booking or requesting a reservation in our apartment you express that you have read them and agree with them in their entirety. Thank you for your cooperation. We wish you an unforgettable stay in our city.

CHECK IN
Between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
Free early check-in subject to availability.
Late check-in from 9:00 p.m. to 11:59 p.m. available for an additional cost of € 35 to be paid in cash to our late check-in agent.
Check-ins after 11:59 p.m. are not available.

Before 10:00 a.m.

TOURIST TAX
Charged by Barcelona City Council to each short-stay tourist.
It is not included in the reservation price and must be paid in cash strictly at the time of check-in.
The amount is € 6.25 per day and per person from 16 years old. Maximum 7 days.

- We can only accept reservations from guests who only have positive reviews on their profile.
- Important: for anti-fraud security reasons, during the booking process and at the time of check-in, it will be essential to prove the identity of the guest. The guest agrees to show the passport or ID of all the members of the reservation during check-in and that these may eventually be scanned or photographed for registration, as well as signing the long-term temporary rental agreement. For the same reason and in coordination with the authorities autonomous entry, if available, is limited to those cases in which a face-to-face check-in by the host is not possible. In any case, it must be previously coordinated during the reservation process.
- Age restrictions: over 21 years old.
- Remember that you are in a residential environment and that from 9pm the neighbors want to rest. Avoid annoying noises from this time. The rooftop terrace of the building can not be used during the night from 12:00am until 7:00am to allow the rest of the neighbors.‹- Reservations can not be shared between successive clients and they are not transferable.
- The registration or ‘EMPADRONAMIENTO’ of any person in this Property is expressly prohibited.
- It is not allowed to hang things, make holes or adhere any type of element to the walls of the apartment.
- Baby travel cot available on prior request.

Other fees: extra cleaning: 50€ - Extra set of duvet cover, two pillow cases and bottom sheet: 60€ - Extra set of bath and hand towels: 20€ per person - Loss or non-return of keys €50 per set.

Great location, great for a single traveler or a couple.

Really loved our time in this unique home. Everything in this architecturally designed house is high quality, from the kitchen appliances to the neatly designed bathroom. Guests need to be aware that there is no door on the bedroom, so it’s open to the lounge area and the loft where there is a single bed. If one of you needs an early night, and one of you wants to watch TV, than that’s probably not going to happen. Being honest, sometimes I snore, so even if I had slept on the loft bed or the sofa, I would have disturbed my wife. It’s only a very minor issue, but it’s best to know, prior to arriving. Other than that, it’s an excellent house with a great roof terrace.

Beautiful comfortable convenient stay

Just as advertised. Beautifully remodeled house down to every detail. Efficient and comfortable design that made it seem bigger than it was. Lovely roof terrace. Excellent kitchen and shower. Best part was the owners, Ariel and Liza who could not have been more helpful. We hope to come back soon.

A beautiful and unique property in a quiet but central location...with the bonus of a sun roof!

This property has been beautifully renovated and is perfect for a couple of guests who want to stay relatively central but in a quiet residential spot. The sun terrace on the roof is brilliant and gets sun from 9.30-4.30 although there is a table and parasol should you want shade. The house itself is great with lots of little touches designed to make your stay easier. Very close to a local supermarket with its own bakery. The owner Ariel and his wife Liza were very helpful and accomodating and even provide a customised map with local recommended restaurants and places of interest. The house is very close to Hospital Sant Pau which is a World Heritage site and well worth a visit. The house has everything you need and is close to a metro station. We loved it and would love to make a return visit one day. Thank you Ariel and Liza !

Awesome Place!

This place was exactly what we were looking for to relax and see Barcelona. The attention to detail was so appreciated. It was clean and modern. Loved the Rooftop terrace. Two blocks to Subway and two blocks to the grocery store. We actually did cook and felt a little bad about using the never used cookware! The map created for us and detailed info was perfect. Close to so much stuff. Liza was awesome and even last minute arranged airport transfer for us. We really enjoyed this place and wish all VRBOs were like this one. - Todd BTW. Fantastic pictures!

Very beautiful, would definitely rent again.

It was wonderful, we really loved the terrace and the architecture in the house. Everything was explained to us in detail and a map of the city, with nearby things, was provided. I wish we could've stayed longer.
