Hey there! Some important info for your upcoming stay:

- Keeping things smooth:
For your comfort we will answer you in your preferred booking platform's chat on workdays (mon-fri 9:30 am to 6:30 pm). Outside those hours our call center is at your service for phone calls (no whatsapp) for urgent matters. All other matters will be handled as soon as it is possible or picked up the next working day by our team.

- Heads up, we don't have a reception, but we're here to make things awesome for you!

- Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 PM. If it's past 6:30 PM on weekdays or it is the weekend/holiday, don’t worry! We have a key drop-off service.
Late check-in fee (excluded from the price) 30€ after 21:00 / 50€ after 00:00.

- Check-out: Always wrap things up by 11:00 AM.

- Before you make moves to the apartment, give us a call at +34 608753300 about 30-45 minutes before. No WhatsApp calls or texts please, just hit us up with a regular call.

- Remember to send over IDs of all guests before arriving. It's a local rule we have to follow.

- Make sure outstanding amounts are squared away before you check in.

- Don't forget about the tourist tax – it's 6.05€ per person per night, not included in your initial booking payment.

- The elevator has space for just one suitcase per ride (up and down). So when you are travelling with multiple suitcases keep in mind you have to go with the elevator in a few go's.

- Baby on board? No problem! We've got free baby cots, but give us a shout when you book. For the safety of your baby, there are no sheets, pillows or additional mattress in the cots, only the regulated mattress that comes with all travel cots. Do keep in mind that it is not allowed to bring baby strollers upstairs. It can be stored downstairs and you will be given a key.
