Close to industrial area and commercial offices it is also ideal for people who come for work because it has a small office where you can check all your tasks on the computer.
A very unique apartment that has washing machine, coffee maker, smart tv, wifi, air conditioning cold and heat, toaster, oven, microwave and all kitchen utensils.
A spacious and bright living room is the center of the apartment with kitchenette to share all the moments of your stay with your family. The bedroom on the ground floor has a complete bathroom en suite. Upstairs you will find a small office to do your work with open views to the open sky that goes directly to the terrace, you also have the second bedroom with double bed.
An unparalleled tranquility so you can spend some great days and with a terrace that will make you enjoy the outdoor space and fresh air.
