The hotel is a bit faded from its former grandeur but the staff make up for this in kind attentiveness. Rooftop bar has a wrap around view of the city.

Nice hotel
Posted Jan. 4, 2024 on HotelsThe staff was so friendly and professional. We got to the hotel 2 hours before checkin. We had two family connecting rooms and only one was available. They were so nice to give us at least the first room early since we had just flown in with our kids and they could see we were tired. The hotel was so nice and elegant and in a very walkable location.

Staff at El Avenida Palace was absolutely wonderful. So accommodating and pleasant to deal with. Always courteous. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Bathroom was updated and lovely. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Firstly, I would like to say that what you see in the pictures when searching this hotel is truly what you get. This hotel is beyond gorgeous and amazing that my mom and I felt like a Princess.
We recently stayed at El Avenida Palace Hotel from December 6 to 9, 2023 in room 303. The room was gorgeous and spacious as well as very quiet considering we had a view of the street.
The staff was very courteous and friendly at all times. The hotel is centrally located and is within walking distance to pretty much everything. We also took taxis at times which were not very expensive.
Most importantly, I would like to give a huge shout out to Begona and Monica who made my mom's birthday very special. I had placed an order for a Bouquet of Flowers💐, Champagne and Balloons and they truly exceeded my expectations.
