We did not use the spa facilities. The staff, especially the front desk, and in particular Sergi, were excellent. Possibly the most helpful and efficient front desk staff we have ever encountered at any hotel. The room cleaning staff could have been more focused. They did not clean the dirty wine glasses and left towels for one fay and two people only. More towels would have been appreciated. Overall, an excellent staff and facilities. The daily buffet style breakfast was exceptional. We will sing the praises of this hotel to our friends/family. we will return to this hotel in the future.

Hotel is in an amazing area. Walk distance to all the hot spots. Unfortunately hotel staff wasn’t really happy and positive people. Not even a smile which is free. I arrived around 2.30pm room wasn’t even ready and I had to spend another an hour outside as they didint even offer a drink while waiting. When I called them for late check up they were not even willing to listen. Hardly saw a single person who were smiling to customers. It’s really shame when you have such an amazing hotel but bad service. I’d not stay again

The nighttime staff was fully supported when a taxi was trying to overcharge me, which I guess is common that happens here. It had nothing to do with the hotel, but they supported me and got the taxi driver fixed his rate

Great location, well appointed, large and clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Alex at the front desk is a great example of how all hotel reception employees should operate. We had a couple of minor requests which the maintenance team addressed immediately. This is a second time we stay here, and will definitely come back when we are in Barcelona again.
