some of the staff was not helpful at all, we tried to call the hotel 9 times and no one answered. it was very noisy, you could hear when people in other rooms flushed the toilet or talked. fridge did not keep things cold, no microwave in room. no price of the items in refrigerator, so didn't know if were free or not. on a good side, within walking distance to a bus station and the mall.

Although we had to get a taxi to get to the train station, we enjoyed the shopping mall nearby. The bed was comfortable but the downside was the noise the next room is noticeable. We tried the breakfast and it was delicious I like the selection of cold meats but we missed the hot food only tried the sausages and chorizo which was good. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The room was a nice size for two and clean. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was lovely. The location of the hotel however is very inconvenient and the only way to get to the hotel is by car.

Far from Barcelona and public transportation into the city is not easily accessible. You will spend more in taxis/ubers trying to get into the city and back to the hotel. The property itself is nice, clean, and the staff is helpful.

Comfortable stay

We had a comfortable stay. Buffet breakfast was awesome! Service was good. They had welcome pastries and water at the front office. But please note that location of hotel is not very accessible if you plan to take public transportation to Barcelona. Also, not enough parking (we rented a car) if you come latest night. But overall, I still think it’s a 5 star.
