Welcome to the elegant and comfortable triplex apartment with private terrace and community pool in Gràcia! This incredible apartment of approximately 70 m², with a large solarium of 35 m², is located in a building with a lift (attic) and offers the option of private parking for €25/day. In addition, you can enjoy a beautiful garden and a refreshing community pool. The apartment is conveniently located close to public transport, with the Joanic metro station (L 4) within walking distance.

This triplex apartment presents a dynamic and modern design that develops on three levels. On the first level, you will find the common areas, which include a spacious living-dining room with access to the terrace and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. The second level is intended for rest areas, with two comfortable double rooms. One of the rooms has a double bed and access to the terrace, while the other room has two single beds and also access to the same terrace. A bathroom with a bathtub is located next to these rooms. On the third level, you can enjoy a large terrace where you can relax, sunbathe or enjoy a drink. It is a perfect place for pleasant evenings. In addition, the apartment has a large outdoor pool that will allow you to spend memorable days or simply relax.

-: The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card).

-: The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received atleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.

-: A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.

-: Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-: Arrival after hours:

-: Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
-: The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.

-: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

-: Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).
