We were able to check in early which was very nice after a long overnight flight. We did not like that every morning between 3 to 5 am doors were slammed everyday, The breakfast could have also had more options. Some front desk staff were helpful with food delivery, others didn’t have any idea about options, or transportation

Very good for the value, nice area near the hotel Rambla de poblenou and two metro station to go everywhere .The staff is amazing. Not the best area in Barcelona but plenty of options to move around the city.

We had worst experience for a property that high priced in a good location. The parking is a huge nightmare. Our water in the washroom stopped randomly, parking elevator stopped working, no safe in rooms or iron. The breakfast was really low quality and the overall service is horrible. This is truly an express hotel if that meant not caring for guests. The parking particularly with a nightly charge is a complete nightmare. You can’t fit any car inside - even the exit from parking is impossible.

Paid parking but parking is extremely tight, after parking the car not enough space to get out of the car, had to come out of the trunk. Rooms area can barely fit in one double bed and one sofa kam bed. Rooms are smelly, we almost paid $400 a night it’s not even worth of $100. Didn’t expect to have that bad experience. Air conditioning was not functioning as it should
