It was just a couple blocks away from Sagrada Familia. Hotel is minimal concept design and comfortable. They have the best bed quality so far during my trip. Front desk agent ( unfortunately don’t know his name) he was very kind and professional. Thank you and I recommend this hotel highly if you want to stay away from crowded areas

The hotel was exactly as it said in the description. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed and good shower. The staff in the breakfast room worked really hard to keep everything well stocked and to keep the tables cleared. Staff at reception were extremely knowledgable and helpful. Very handy for the metro station at the Sagrada.

Excellent area, close to the most landmarks, walkable to many paid tour services meeting points. Hotel staff is great, variety of food in breakfast. Room cleaning is 10/10.

Other than the beds being incredibly uncomfortable and the air conditioner not working properly we enjoyed our stay. It’s super close to La Sagrada Familia, the metro, and restaurants. They have a wonderful breakfast selection for an extra cost. The staff is very friendly. They unfortunately charge to hold luggage though.

This hotel is two blocks from Sagrada Familia. Good restaurants nearby. The beds were very hard and only 1 pillow each.

The room was extremely hot during winter time and had no AC and they would turn on the heat automatically and had to turn off the heating!! Unbearable, but other than that it was clean friendly staff, and great location.

Thank you very much for your comment. We're sorry for the intense heat in your room. As we say on all the websites, the air conditioning and heating change depending on the time of year. Thus, below 18 degrees Celsius activates the central heating system (temperatures during tour stay were around 9-15 degrees). Anyway, we have been looking for complaints from other clients, and we have only found another from a client who was also for those same dates. We have 84 rooms, and the highest rooms can get hotter on sunny days. Unfortunately, we have a building built in the fifties, without space to install the double airway. It is one of the reasons why we are a 3-star hotel. We reiterate our gratitude for your trust, and we are at your disposal for any clarification you may need. Best regards.

Cleaners never topped up tea & coffee in room. Breakfast was cold, even on opening at 7.30.
