I was really unhappy with the apartment. The apartman wasnât ready for us. Shower head was leaking from the ceiling when you turn on the water. Bathroom flush was broken.The house had a small like sewer from the bathroom.Couch was broken from the leg which we coudnât even ait. Pots were really bad ( not ok condition to use) most of the pots broken or in bad condition. Fridge was frosting and leaking. Some of this was fixed when I complaced, but it should have been fixed prior to our entry.It wasnât good experience
As a family of 2 (with 2 teenagers) we thought the family apartment was going to be a great ideaâŠ
To start, I contacted the apartments 5 days before we arrived as our flight didnât arrive til 8:30pm. No responses. On the morning of our arrival we called and spoke to someone, sent check in info via WhatsApp. Had to pay extra âŹ50 for late check in. On arrival had a message to say we hadnât told them when we were checking in. (Even though had a WhatsApp convo that day!) and was told that as we were a last minute booking (we werenât, booked months ago!) then we may have to wait as they had other people to check in!!! Once checked in (man was lovely) the apartment was in the basement, very tight entrance and the bathroom was a glass box in the middle!! No privacy at all- not ideal with 2 teenagers! Anyway, tried to shower and within 30 secs the whole bathroom was flooded. Back doors also didnât lock. Contacted 24hr lineâŠno answer. WhatsApp âŠno answer. Finally got someone after about an hour of trying, said would send someone. Didnât. Apparently had no record of our call. Finally moved us to a new apartment (we could finally shower) only enough hot water for 2 of us, 2 had to have cold showers and the bathroom leaked in to the bedroom and living room. No one seemed to care. The apartments felt unfinished and lots of problems. Would absolutely not recommend or stay there again.
This apartment was good value for money, it had most of the basic necessities although was lacking in utensils and baking trays etc so we were unable to use the oven properly. It did feel as though the apartment was âunfinishedâ as such due to the harsh flooring and ceiling which we personally could look past but could definitely be improved on. overall we had a good stay and it was exactly what we needed and is directly opposite a small convenience shop.
Overall it is very convenient the only drawback is the shower. It has very low water pressure and is located as you enter the bathroom. If someone takes a shower to use the toilet you have to walk on the wet floor. Also the sliding door to the bathroom did not roll easily making it more inconvenient.
Donât book this accommodation. Towels and bedsheets have stains, overall it does not look clean. The apartment is in a cellar without windows, and the air in there is really bad. Soon I discovered why the air is that bad: the bathroom was incredibly moldy. The accommodation didnât send me check in details, I had to call them so they would send me the checkin details. The wifi password is nowhere to be found in the apartment, it took me 15 calls to have the agency behind the apartment pick up and tell me. The emergency contact they gave me I also called, the lady there said she would look for it, after 2 minutes silence I asked her if she is still there, she answer I need to wait one more moment and after another minute she hung up and blocked my number. Never have experienced more unprofessional service. The mold situation in the bathroom was so bad that I had to change accommodation after one night. Do not stay at this accommodation.
