Points forts : Propreté
Le logement est trĂ©s bien situĂ©, a 2 pas du metro, de la sagrada, des commerces justes en bas ouvert jusque minuit. Dommage que ce logement soit pour 8 personnes (voir 10, 4 chambres canapĂ© 2 places) mais avec une table de 4 personnes, 4 tasses etc... Logement tres agreable, propre mais laissĂ© a l’abandon... quel dommage, quel gachis. Un enorme potentiel qui se dĂ©truit... tringles a rideau arrachĂ©es, parquet gonflĂ©e donc porte qui ne se ferme pas, pommeau de douche cassĂ©... et j’en passe. Nous avons tout de meme passĂ© un agrĂ©able voyage, l'appartement etait neanmoins tres propre, linge bien blanc, douche et toilette impeccables.

Location is great. Staff communication was great. The apartment was ok, some floor damage, curtain rod is falling off. The biggest surprises are: - Barcelona tourists taxes, which were not included in the Expedia cost. It was 6.50 euro per adult per night. Check in agent was not aware I paid these initially and was trying to collect again upon arrival. Then apparently the taxes went up to 9.25 few days before our stay and I was requested to pay the difference. - what was not mentioned in the listing is that there is no key box at the property. The key box is located on the other side of the town with an option to pick up the key. Another option is for the agent to bring the key for a fee of 25 euros in cash only.

It is at a great location everything is close by, restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, la Sagrada FamĂ­lia is steps away. However the service was terrible, the building you can tell is in the process of finishing refurbishing. One of the bedrooms had the curtain falling off, one of the bathrooms had the door coming off, the window in one of the bathrooms was falling off, the stove we were not able to turn it on, the doors were hard to close as they rubbed in the floor, the TV was not functioning, if you have Netflix then you are good. The communication was only via WhatsApp and not able to actually speak with someone. Even the website/app you are provided with you have to reset your pin every time. When i finally got a hold of someone they said they would send someone and no one came out. The bathroom furniture needs to be replaced as well. The washer and drier worked however to dry it took 2-3 hours and the clothes were still damp. We were a party of 6 and we were very comfortable as everyone had a bedroom, the pillows need to be replaced as they were very flat and a the couch seemed dirty, just little things that would have made the stay better, just to be able to talk to someone would have been better. Overall the location was great.
