Appartement trÚs agréable, spacieux, propre et trÚs bien équipé.

Nous sommes venus faire dĂ©couvrir Barcelone Ă  nos trois enfants (6,8 et 10 ans) et cet appartement Ă  fait l'unanimitĂ©. Il est trĂšs fonctionnel, bien desservis par le mĂ©tro, le bus et se situe Ă  10mn Ă  pieds de la Sagrada Familia. Le bus 92, situĂ© au pied de l'immeuble vous emmĂšnera directement au Parc GĂŒell. Le quartier est trĂšs sympa et il y a une multitude de commerces. Pour finir, l'accueil est trĂšs sympathique et ils sont trĂšs disponibles pour rĂ©pondre Ă  toutes vos sollicitations. Parfait !

Carm and quiet location near Sagrada Familia

It was great time to stay in Barcelona. The location is 7min walking distance from the metro ‘Sant Pau’, which is near by beautiful hospital and Sagrada Familia. The apartment was great , 3 rooms and 4 beds, dining place and kitchen, living , all very clean and well organized. Bed rooms are big enough 3~5 persons.

Frederic and his staff were extremely helpful with excursion planning and internet usage.

The apt. was very clean and accommodated our group of 5 comfortably. It was everything it stated it would be and more. Ideal location for Sagrada La FamĂ­lia and Park Gruel. Cab rides when required were fairly close and inexpensive train was even closer. Great neighborhood very safe local stores extremely friendly and helpful. We found a massage service very close great and reasonably priced after a day of walking. The apt was absolutely great building very clean and quiet. Many thanks to Frederic and his staff.

Gostei muito do apartamento é bem parecido com as fotos,foi uma grata surpresa.Eråmos 6 adultos e duas crianças, o apartamento bem espaçoso e limpo.Muito bem localizado ,com supermercado e linhas de metrÎ próximos e vårias atraçÔes também.Dà para ir a Sagrada Familia a pé. The Perfect Apartment--A Quiet Retreat from a Day of Sightseeing

This apartment was even more spacious than pictured. It was perfect for our small group to visit Barcelona for the first time. The neighborhood is a real neighborhood--quiet and peaceful but with plenty of cafes, bakeries and restaurants around. All the major sites are walkable, but there are also 3 nearby metro stops for those times when we were tired of walking. It was spotless with comfortable beds and good showers. We loved it and would recommend it highly.

Fredericks apartment was exactly as pictured. It was very clean, attractive, and a good location.

Fredericks apartment in the Eixample district of Barcelona was a great location being close to the Sarada Familia, Sant Pau Hospital, the metro, restaurants, and markets. We were a family of five and there was plenty of space. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were as pictured with good lighting and great showers. The kitchen had ample counter space and the cooking equipment needed. There was no dishwasher but this was not a problem to us as breakfast was the only meal we fixed. The markets across the street provided us with wonderful fruit and delicious chocolate croissants! The lighting, both natural and lamps was excellent which is something lacking in many apartments. Fredericks assistant provided us with good information as to location of sights and restaurant recommendations. They also had travel books available and novels. We had a great time in Barcelona and would highly recommend Fredericks apartment. I forgot to mention the elevator . We appreciated not having to climb stairs after a long day of sight seeing.

Spacious apartment convenient to metro

Frederic was quick to respond and also accommodated a few of our special requests. He is a great host. We had 3 adult couples in our family and this apartment had privacy for everyone and also space and seating in the common area for us to gather. Within walking distance to Sagrada Familia and a 4 minute walk to metro. We purchased 10 ticket passes - inexpensive and you can share the pass. So using metro was easy and brought us almost everywhere in Barcelona in 20 or 30 minutes from this apartment. This is a bright new apartment with comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. It is a quiet building yet steps away from bakery, grocery, bars, and restaurants. It suited our large family group very well.

Exceptional in every way

This apartment was a fantastic home base for our family of five during our week in Barcelona. It is spacious and full of light, and the decor is both elegant and calming. Our friends stayed in the apartment downstairs and it was perfect to have this option for a group trip. Frederic and his team were excellent and professional hosts. And the location was great: close to metro stops, with nice restaurants and grocery stores within a few blocks. I recommend this apartment highly.

Awesome apartment!

Spacious, clean, and great location. The bus stop is just outside a few steps away. The metro is a 4 minute walk away. Easy check in and lots of stores and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this apartment. We are a family of 4 and there was more than enough room. Two bathrooms are a plus!

If you are looking for a stylish roomy apartment with easy access to all the sights, stay here!

My family of four stayed here while on holiday. It is in perfect condition. I didn't ask but it must be brand new. It is much bigger than the pictures make it look. There are three large bedrooms and two bathrooms. The large wall to wall windows in the front room were lovely. There is a bus stop right outside the apartment and a metro just around the corner. It is an easy walk to Sagrada Familia. We highly reccomend this place.

Lovely apartment with all the amenities-great location.

The apartment looked exactly like the pictures and it had everything we needed. It is located near the San Pau/ Dois de Maig train station which was very convenient. I did not meet Frederic, but I had the pleasure of dealing with Jean Marie who was very nice. There are a some supermarkets, cafes, and restaurant around it. It is not near the Ramblas area, but we used the train (metro) to get everywhere. I would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment

We loved this apartment. It was located in a quiet neighborhood in Barcelona, with a few minutes walk to two metro station stops, restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment had an elevator, air conditioning and was well equipped with all the needed essentials. Jean-Marie and Frédéric were a pleasure to deal with and very responsive during our stay. We highly recommend this apartment and we will come back here on our next trip to Barcelona.

Good location, clean apartments, attentive and available property manager

Everything was good and we really enjoyed our stay. Minor complaints include louder than expected noises from upstairs, lack of automatic dishwasher and oven (we cook a lot), and no complimentary laundry detergent or cooking staples (e.g. oil, sugar) so those have to be bought from scratch. However, those are only minor issues in what was an otherwise very nice stay in Barcelona. Jean-Marie was very helpful in getting our washing machine fixed.
