House in Paradela with exclusive outdoor area, including a private pool, terrace, and barbecue. On the second floor, you'll find an entrance hall with a fireplace, a living room, a kitchen, a full bathroom, and a bedroom. The third floor features a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. On the fourth floor, there is another bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.



The property offers two bedrooms with showers and private bathrooms, plus an additional full bathroom.



The house has central gas heating. The first gas bottle is provided; additional bottles are available for an extra fee. Charging electric cars or campervans is not allowed. Parties are not permitted.
