Ozarks Lake House, Private Dock w/ Boat and Jetski lifts!

CUTE & COZY lakefront home right on the beautiful Gravois Arm of the Lake Of The Ozarks!

The House:
Two Bedroom, Single bath home, completely remodeled in the summer of 2023. New flooring, walls, light fixtures, etc, everything is new including all kitchen appliances and all bathroom appliances, including tankless hot water heater so you'll never run out of hot water. Master bedroom has a King size bed and the guest room has a Queen over Queen bunk bed. Theres also a nice folding cot under the bunk bed and a couch in the living room for some additional sleeping room. Mattresses and all bed linen are also new. Cozy living room with 50" Roku TV, feel free to log into any of your streaming services. Kitchen table with seating for four. Stackable washer/dryer unit makes doing laundry on your trip quick and simple.

The Patio:
Amazing 600 sq ft covered patio with unbelievable views of the Lake, beautiful sunsets, star gazing, and all sorts of wildlife right out your back door! Lots of places to sit with a large table and seating for six for your outdoor meals along with some patio furniture to just sit and relax. There's a small grill so you can cook up some of your favorite BBQ.

Private Dock:
Large 40'x32' dock with two slips. 28'x11' slip with newer 6600 lbs Hydrohoist boat lift set up for a V-hull style boat and a 16'x10' slip with a lift set up for two wave runners. There's a picnic table for just hanging out down at the dock. In the dock house you will find a full size refrigerator so no need to carry up your drinks or food after a day out on the water, also there are noodles and floats that you're more then welcome to use along with a wakeboard (please return all items back to the dock house when not in use).

The Location:
The house is in a great location near many fan favorites by boat or car. Coconuts (Food & Pool w/ swim up bar), Jolly Roger's (Best breakfast buffet on the lake!), Lake Burger, and Maggie's on the Lake are all about a 10 minute boat ride all right here on the Gravois Arm. About a 15 minute boat ride you'll be at the main channel of Lake of the Ozarks where you'll find a lot more lakefront restaurants/bars.

By car Jolly Roger's is only 5 minutes from the House. Great food and drinks and like mentioned above the breakfast buffet is fantastic. The closest store is Dollar General about a 10 minute drive they pretty much sell anything you might need in a pinch. The Bagnell Dam Strip is about a 25 minute drive where you'll find all sorts of restaurants, bars, and souvenir shopping. Once dark this area is very popular and has quite the night life. About 10 minutes further you'll can drive into Osage beach where you'll find pretty much everything, Walmart, all sorts of restaurants and fast food, menards, home depot, mini golf, go carts, etc.

The house is the last house on a private dead end road in a secluded wooded area. The are only two neighboring houses that are close with a vacant lot in between us. The last mile on your drive in is a gravel road. This is not just a rental property but my families personal Lake home, all I ask is to please treat it with respect.
