I have a complained about this hotel everything went well except the day I was going to the airport it was raining and I had a hard time to find a taxi they have a taxi cooling system which the listed price is 50,000 pesos which is $10 roughly And a hotel asked me to pay $40 I felt like black mailing me because I was stuck there and I was very upset about that and I told the hotel front desk I said this is black mailing horrible I said I will report this to Holiday Inn when they see customer in type position they ask all kind of unbelievable prices

Not the best comfort option

Mattress very uncomfortable, we saw cockroaches by the shower, parking kind of you have to go to another building to check out your car to leave the property because the hotel doesn’t have their own parking lot, and don’t have valet.
