Extremely disappointed with this hotel. During breakfast, expired yogurt was served and consumed by 3-year-old children. We later discovered that the coffee creamer was also expired — by SIX months. This is not a small mistake; it is a serious food safety and hygiene failure, especially when it involves toddlers. Expired dairy products can cause serious health issues in young children. The fact that guests had to check expiration dates themselves is alarming. This incident raises major concerns about the hotel’s food handling practices, staff training, and overall concern for guest safety. Parents trust hotels to provide a safe environment — that trust was broken here. I would strongly caution families with young children before staying at this property.

The room was in very poor condition. The door had obviously been forcibly opened - the security chain was missing and the door frame was broken. There was a water leak from the unit above which dripped into the bathtub of our room. The ceiling was very damaged and I feared it could come down at any time. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and helpful and did take note of our complaints to be put on the list for repairs. This property did not live up to the quality standards I expect of a Wyndham holding.
