Bonjour,Nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps d'évaluer votre séjour parmi nous. Nous sommes désolés que notre établissement n'ait su satisfaire vos attentes. Vous avez réservé une chambre confort qui finalement ne vous convenait pas. Nous vous ayons surclassé gratuitement dans une chambre de catégorie supérieure. Notre restaurant était privatisé, nous vous avions prévenue à l'avance . The desk clerks at the hotel were excellent particularly Alex who did whatever she could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We also enjoyed the food and the service in the dining room. We were very disappointed to find that there was no fridge in the room--the only hotel of the 11 on our trip. We could store things in their fridge but that is not the same. Also there were no amenities such as shower cap or makeup remover pads, body lotion. Alex did get some for me but it would be nice to provide those in the room.

stayed there to get to Airport early next morning--straight down the motorway-20 minutes Difficult to get to unless you knew how to get off the motorway-but once you did the entrance/exit was obvious!
Quiet. Tasty buffet that night.Would stay again
