This cute triplex unit with private entry is perfect for a business traveler or a mid-term stay. Enjoy easy access to Hwy 71 with a 25 minute commute to the AIA Airport and all the fun things Austin has to offer. High-speed internet access with a dedicated workspace, as well as a large smart TV for you to login to your own streaming accounts (Netflix, etc). The outdoor space is a pine-tree covered double lot in Bastrop with a fenced backyard & back patio. This space includes a kitchenette with a stove top, microwave, mini-fridge & Keurig. If booking for 28+ days, a brief rental agreement is required. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, and basics like cooking spray, salt and pepper, and sugar & creamer. The double sized daybed also serves as your couch. High-speed internet access with a dedicated workspace, as well as a large smart TV for you to login to your own streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu etc). Extra linens, blankets and pillows are provided, as well as Keurig coffee maker, hair dryer and hand steamer. Drop off wash-n-fold services available nearby for same or next day pickup. Weekly housekeeping available upon request. You will be provided with hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels and some Keurig cups to get you started. There are cleaning products, a Swiffer mop and a vacuum kept at the property. You will have 2 dedicated parking spaces in the driveway.
