Beautiful Modern Victorian home located in the heart of Batavia and conveniently close to I-90. A blend of modern and antique decor in this two-story, 4 br & 1.5 bath home, with open spacious common areas for guests to hang & relax. The house is thoughtfully designed for comfort & fun- whether cooking, playing a board game at the table, watching TV, reading a book on the couch, or sleeping.

If you want convenience, comfort, and a hassle-free stay, look no further!

Amenities & What's Included:
- Fully stocked kitchen w/spices, cooking utensils, & plenty of pots/pans/ bowls.
- Drip coffee machine, French press, & Nespresso machine w/ pods.
- A selection of teas & hot water kettle.
- Dinnerware for 10+.
- Samsung smart TV with channels, but no cable.
- A variety of board games & puzzles.
- All linens provided (towels, sheets, & blankets).
- Iron/ Ironing board.

I love this house, but it may not be for everyone. There are steps to enter and all the bedrooms are located on the second floor. There is only a shower, no bathtub available. And lastly, the yard is tiny, but there are two nearby parks. Message me if you have any questions!
