Our first time in Bateman’s Bay - communication with property management company was very clear and straight forward via email. Area was a little disappointing as we were next to the main road. It was impossible to keep the balcony doors open during busy hours. But the apt was overlooking the water which was a plus. It was also clean and had comfortable beds, and spacious bathrooms. Kitchen had a huge fridge and large oven. No bbq in the balcony, but plenty of restaurants 10 mins walk from the property.

Good not bad

Overall stay was good. Poo was abit smaller than anticipated. House looked clean but floors were filthy. Charged over 200 for cleaners so hope they actually clean the floors properly. Main bathroom that I used had stuff stuck on the wall which was disgusting basin was also dirty. Balcony had filthy floors but great view. Huge problem with master bed room. Staged for 2 nights and my eczema had the biggest flare up. I coul feeeel all the dust mites it was horrible. Aside from cleanness the appartments was great.

Great location and well appointed apartment

Very comfortable apartment with everything you need for a stay. Location was excellent with great walks across the road. Lovely to watch the sunrise come up over the water. Only disappointment was the traffic noise. Beach Road is quite busy at times and you had to shut the door if you wanted some quiet.

Long weekend stay with teens

New property, nicely appointed with a nice outlook over the bay and walking distance to many restaurants. Unfortunately traffic noise from the road detracts. Mattress in main bedroom hard as a rock and uncomfortable. We were not told the pool was in disrepair and not in use - Misleading advertising. Coffee machine was broken. Second living space is right next to first in open plan configuration which means you cannot use both TVs at the same time due to conflicting sound (not ideal when travelling with kids).

Apartment Stay

The property was well presented, and the photos give an accurate representation of the property. It was surprising to find limited cooking vessels for a three-bedroom apartment. At the time there were only three small stovetop pots and a couple of baking dishes. The appliances were excellent - massive fridge, oven, and cooktop. Laundry appliances are a good size. The bathrooms were well-appointed although the ensuite could have used an additional shelf. Showers were excellent! This is a level one apartment so the noise from the road below is captured on the balcony, however it is quiet at night. Within walking distance of the shops, restaurants and the Marina. Lovely view out to the water.

Average

The pool was unable to be used due to repairs that I was not informed about this prior to arrival, the ironing board was missing. There was loud traffic noise so I was unable to leave the front doors ipen for fresh air. There were no condiments at all i.e salt, pepper ect. The cooking hub was almost impossible to operate and took me a long time to find the user instructions and there was no frying pan to use. The property however is beautiful and an easy walk to town but wouldn't book this place again.
