The accommodation was lovely and clean. The cleaner I met was so helpful and friendly. We would have been stuck climbing four flights of stairs without her help. Once inside the apartment everything was perfect however the check in and confirmation process was very confusing and stressful. Communication came from four different companies and I had no idea if my booking was even confirmed. We had trouble figuring out how to use the lift from the basement as there weren’t any instructions. Another guest I saw had a similar issue. Beware of the driveway into the basement if you have a low car, it is so steep you will scrape the underside and get stuck on entry and exit. We only did this once then had to park on the street. We purposely booked accommodation with a pool as I have a child who loves to swim. The pool was closed for maintenance for our entire 3 day stay, even though the sign on the gate said it was only closed for 1 day. My concerns are with the building, not with the apartment we stayed in, as I said, it was lovely.
