WOW!! QUIET, PEACEFUL AND STUNNING PROPERTY!What can I say, this property is one of the best we've stayed in and we probably rent a VRBO property between 3 - 5 times a year. The home was so unique and inviting. The layout was so cool and perfect for any situation. We had 2 couples and 2 children and there was still room for more. The home was clean and stocked with everything you could imagine. If you forgot something, it was there. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, the living room was large and inviting and the pool was the crown jewel. We were only here for a weekend but having the pool and not needing to leave the property was amazing. The horses in the background were incredible to watch. Jennifer was an amazing and very responsive host. The kids loved Annie, the farm dog. Cheryl, the caretaker of the property, was so nice. We were told we could go see the horses but what we didn't expect was a tour of the newborns, the Mares, the Geldings and the Stallions of the property. She was so excited to show us around the farm to see all of the Paso Fino horses. We really appreciated getting to share that with her and learn about the farm and the history of the horses. This is a half way point for my family and my parents and we will definitely be going back at some point. Absolutely amazing property. Thank you Jennifer!

Deserves more than 5 stars in all areas!

Our family stayed here for a wedding weekend and cannot say enough wonderful things about the home and the hosts! We were within 10 miles of the Davis Pond wedding venue and were the luckiest guests by far with our VRBO! When we weren’t attending the wedding activities, we were able to lounge by the pool and watch the beautiful horses in the background. The house was spotless and super comfy and quiet! There were 6 adults staying and we had more than enough room for everyone to have their space while the living area was wide open for us all to gather and hang out. Definitely recommend this home for anyone! If you are considering it - go ahead and hit that book now button! You will not be disappointed! Thank you Jennifer for all of your amazing communication and accommodations!

Perfect fit - and an unexpected bonus!

Attended an extended family wedding at Hartley House (excellent venue BTW). Nearby hotel options are limited to say the least so we looked into a VRBO which could accommodate our group. This property looked good on paper/in photos so we made the arrangements and it was much better in person. We've used VRBO quite a few times and Jennifer is probably the best host we've worked with. She answered all of our questions and even hooked us up with a car service so we could have some fun at the reception. The house is spacious and clean with a well-appointed kitchen. We had a last-minute change when a cousin's weekend child care situation fell through and the kids joined us but the layout actually gave that young family their own space. Best part - the pool. It is pristine! Since many of us had no wedding responsibilities it was the perfect hangout. The bonus? It's a working horse farm and we were able to meet a foal born that Saturday morning! Not sure if we'll ever be in the area again but we'd repeat in a heartbeat!
