I was double charged for my room. It was supposed to be 300, I was changed 600. When I asked the front desk clerk about it, she said I could speak to the manager on Friday (I am checking out Thursday). She also said ot would take up to 30 days for me to be refunded.

Pool was closed same as last Comfort hotel i booked through Travelocity in. The last couple of days There is no reason why you guys should not tell me the pool is closed. I would have booked elsewhere. This is obviously a continious problem.

The hotel needs a thorough cleaning and daily cleaning to keep it up. Mattress was worn out! Location was great, price was great. It wasn't nasty but you could tell it wasn't taken care of like it should be.

The staff was very helpful. Overall, the hotel was clean. The room was clean but had an odor light someone had been smoking in the room previously. Turning the AC on helped with the odor and cooled the room greatly. The bed was very comfortable.

Check in was easy and our room was clean and comfortable. The only set back was our toilet would not flush. Went down to the desk and reported the issue and they told me they would have mainenance come check it. but I just asked if they had a plunger and I could try that. They did, and that fixed the problem quickly. I told them that should earn me a free breakfast! LOL
