Very pleasant and comfortable even though we were in an attic room. A bit hot up there, but there was aircon. I had to step in the bath to open the bathroom window, but the place was so nice I didn't mind. Lovely staff and the concierge car service was a bonus. Central location. Excellent.

Hotel lovely, and walkable to Bath sights. Staff helpful. Only downside was poor service at the neighboring Brasserie where you go if you want to order refreshments. Gave up after being ignored and seeing all the other angry patrons.

Don’t look any further, you want to stay here!

This hotel was the best hotel we stayed at during our 2 week in England. We only stayed in Bath for a night (would have stayed longer if her could) but they the hotel made you feel like you were stepping in time with their theme of gambling. But, the customer service, especially Alberto, went above and beyond with their service. Definitely recommend staying here, and it was very central to everything and less than a 5 minute walk to the train station., and reasonable price.

Design, furnishings, and artwork throughout complemented the historic nature of this beautiful and eclectic hotel in the heart of Bath’s limestone covered City Centre. All major sites / landmarks / museums / restaurants / shops were within a 30 minute walk with the train station within a five minute walk. Staff were helpful, thoughtful and eager to make sure we had all that we needed for what turned out to be a great visit to Bath!

Location and Character

Very cool spot within easy walking distance to everywhere you’d want to go. The decor, food, and location felt so on-trend while also being cozy and convenient. Truly the best of all worlds. My tiny room had a ton of character and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Great hotel

Amazing hotel right in the heart of Bath, fantastic team, great breakfast and lovely room. Only downside is parking, big premium if you don’t drive an EV to get there & on street parking limited to one hour. Used their valet parking at £40 for the stay which was great but had to exit by 1pm next day so time in Bath was limited as local car park was full. Overall an amazing hotel with great staff but Bath is not car friendly !
