The Avon & Kennet Canal is close by which leads onto stunning countryside, making this the perfect location to explore the best of both worlds and enjoy all that beautiful Bath has to offer.

The space
The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a Georgian townhouse. The beautifully presented interior is light and welcoming with stylish furniture and modern décor throughout.

The space offers an open plan living area with dining table, desk space and a well equipped fitted kitchen. The bedroom has a comfortable King-size bed with doors onto a small courtyard garden, and there is a shower room with modern fixtures and fittings.

This apartment is a true gem and provides the perfect base for a city break or work trip to Bath.

- Respect for neighbours is highly appreciated. Keep the noise down, especially after 10pm.

- This is our home in Bath, please care for it as such
- Please make sure to lock the door and all the windows when leaving the property
