My studio unit had no functioning A/C Unit.
Was not informed that there was an issue at check-in.
Was informed on 4.45pm on the Friday avo that they were waiting for the unit to be repaired however they had left me a fan in the room (just in case) !!!. Promptly left and went to another property that had working A/C
Not impressed with the service or communication.
Won't stay again.

Was easy to drive inside the property because of its wide roads hence making kids riding there bikes and scooters more visible.
Entertainment area was away from the accommodation making the site eerily quiet

Self contained cabins with full kitchens were not stocked properly for cooking. The fry pan was so damaged the non-stick coating was peeling off and unusable. Asked to have it swapped, they gave us another with the same damage.
Not enough inside towel hooks or rails to hang bath towels. Not enough linen in general for a weeks stay.
