Terrible decision
Publié le 25 févr. 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel is very outdated. Lots of things wrong with the room cosmetically. The light in the entry didn’t work. I could hear the next room throughout the night. When one of my girls showered, the entryway, closet, and bathroom flooded. We couldn’t get into the pool without asking the front desk to let us in, and inconvenience by waiting for other guests to be helped, or him not being right there and waiting for him to come back up front. (No bell or anything to get his attention) The pool area and pool were not clean, but definitely could’ve been worse. The common areas are really cold. I will not stay again, and wish I could’ve gotten a refund to go elsewhere!!

Hotel was dirty very outdated and Wi-Fi didn’t work other than that it was great
