Everything offered by Expedia was not available to us. One instance, Full Breakfast! Hotel was in process of remodeling.
Our room was very nice.
Floors were very dirty; toilet paper holders were broken; not all lamps had bulbs; Window did not close and made a/c work overtime; door did not latch securely unless slammed shut; construction dust and debris was poorly cleaned up in hallway; “breakfast” was meager and hot serving dish never seemed to be filled; no tissue available in hotel.

The whole hotel is under renovation. No pool and the elevators do not work. They report they’ve tried to tell Expedia many times but they won’t change their listing information.
The breakfast was Spunkmeyer muffins, runny waffle mix, yogurt, bagels, oranges and apples. The beverage choices were milk or OJ.
Kind of a let down for a great planned weekend!

The hotel was under construction, which is clearly needed. My room was dark, damp and worn out. The place needs an upgrade. The elevator was not working and the normal breakfast was not available. Not the worst stay I have had, but definitely not the best.
The main reason to chose this hotel was the pool and it was closed on Sunday. The filters were not working and the mantainence people couldn´t fix it. I would like to get a refund, please.
Not sure this property is up to Hampton Inn standards.
Dripping tub faucet, no amenities to purchase (Tylenol or ibuprofen). Was awaken by demo tile job of unit directly accross hall that had no door on it.
Easy walk to several dining options. Pet friendly. Cheerful reception. American flag in terrible shape. Not important to everyone, but it is way past retirement.

Arrived at this hotel at 2am in the morning. Left the hotel at before 7am for business. It’s only for small 5 hours. Our credit card was charged $250 dollars for alleging us stolen pillows and beddings. We called the hotel why we are charged at first they said we are smoking in the room and then changed the story and said we stole pillows and beddings. We never gotten any results for the complaint we made.
