The hotel is in subpar condition. Drug transactions were taking place in the parking lot. The room was rundown; bed linens were soiled with body fluids; furniture was broken, and the bathroom had black mold. The staff was deceitful, rude, and unforthcoming. The entire experience was devastating.

Our one and only visit

This was a stay afternoon memorial service that necessitated an overnight stay, preferably at a relatively low cost. For the cost we got a property with extensive deferred maintenance; mishmash of room decor, damaged light fixtures, wood that looked like a woodpecker had gotten loose in the room, a refrigerator that contained items from a previous visit and had not been cleaned, shower with drips and broken handles, sink needing replacement years ago, television needing replacement remote, hard to control HVAC system.

Basic and dated

Very dated decoration. Bedding and towels were yellowed. Minimal toiletries. Not spacious. It was ok for a 1 night stop if you are on a tight budget, but no more than that. You get what you pay for, I guess.

Nice people, mostly responsive and helpful.

The staff was friendly, and helpful. The property/buildings are dated and could use improvement, but we still felt safe and pretty comfortable. Our friend got snacks that were out dated in the vending machine, and 1 of our 2 rooms hadnt been cleaned yet. We were told they would bring us a couple of pillows, but they must have forgotten. The room that was dirty, they quickly cleaned and got us in it. The heat in that room 155 was broken, but they did come down and get it going. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

I gave them 2 stars since they do not have bugs and the lady at the desk was nice enough. My teen daughter and i were taken aback immediately by the hoarder smell in the room. I died laughing when the desk called right after check in to remind us not to smoke. Smoke smell would've been a blessing lol. The room was just grosse and filthy. My daughter refused to shower or lay under the covers. She was mortified. The fridge smelled so funky that i didn't even put drinks in it. I would not recommend staying here. I wish i could post photos.
