Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Avoid like the plague

What a disaster. this lady refused to take our calls from the phone number on Hotels.com and when we found the place. she had double booked for another family. we spoke to them and they had communicated with this venue via the same number. this is not a good venue to deal with. Hotels.com we’re amazing and found us another venue.
