This luxurious studio features a spacious balcony equipped with a table and two chairs, where you can enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sun rise over the mountains. In the evening, from this balcony, you will witness one of the most beautiful sunsets of your life. The apartment is located on the 29th floor on the south side of the building, providing the best panoramic view of Batumi's new boulevard. In addition to the incredibly beautiful sunset from the apartment, you'll have a view of the sea, mountains, and the park. Moreover, you can observe planes taking off and landing over the Black Sea. Such stunning views can only be enjoyed from this complex.

Where are our apartments located?

The location of the apartments is a real bonus.

The apartments are situated in the residential complex 'Orbi Beach Tower' in the prestigious 'New Boulevard' area, right on the first coastline. You're just a 7-minute drive from the international airport and 20 minutes from the train station. Within 50-100 meters from the building, there is an amazing seaside park with children's playgrounds, sports areas, fountains, and the sea. Just 300 meters away, you'll find the Metro City Shopping Mall, one of the largest shopping centers in Batumi, a Carrefour supermarket, and a prestigious casino called Eclipse.

Travelers who prefer public transportation can use buses and minibusses for just 1 GEL (~0.30 USD) to reach the city center. Taxi services are also available. Upon request, we can arrange a private transfer for you from the airport or train station.
