The Walleye Inn is a decent value for the money. No frills or breakfast but the room was nice. The room had just the basics but was nice, clean and comfortable. The bed was nice and comfortable to sleep in. Staff was very nice and attentive.

It was quiet and clean. Seems they are updating with new flooring, paint and new bed (very comfortable) and dresser/countertop. But, there were no chairs in the room and only one bedside table for a king bed.

No chair in room. Fridge did not work - staff was aware of the issue but had not gotten to it.

Bait and switch
Publié le 4 févr. 2024 sur HotelsBooked hotel room for $99 when we checked in the clerk told us that they don’t honor 3rd party pricing and that our room instead would be $138/ night. Came as a shock to us. It was a noisy room with heavy traffic, no insulation, and a noisy fridge for the price.

The rooms are undergoing construction with exposed drywall and hanging electrical outlets. The TV did not work and my door was unlocked and open when I arrived.

Hello,We do apologize for the construction. We are review all our informations sources to make sure everyone does know that a very extensive remodel is going on. We have a brief time frame to get this done between seasons.We hope you do come back and see us when the remodel is complete.

One night stay. Very nice. Will stay here again when in area.
