Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Appartement sehr genossen. Es ist hell, sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat eine super Ausstattung. Es gibt wirklich alles, was man braucht - und mehr! Sogar eine Garage, was angesichts des winterlichen Wetters von Vorteil war. AuĂerdem ist es gut gelegen. EinkĂ€ufe fĂŒr den tĂ€glichen Bedarf im Supermarkt um die Ecke, SpaziergĂ€nge am Fluss, kleine Wanderungen oder ein Besuch der Altstadt des kleinen StĂ€dtchens: Alles kann man direkt vom Haus aus zu FuĂ machen - und es ist dennoch ruhig und der unverbaute Blick aus dem Fenster auf den Fluss ist sehr hĂŒbsch.Die Woche war sehr erholsam, ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Unsere Erwartungen wurden zu 100% erfĂŒllt bzw ĂŒbertroffen.
Wir haben im Mai 2023 die Wohnung fĂŒr 3 NĂ€chte gemietet und hatten wunderschöne Tage in Baume-les-Dames. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock des Maison Roy und ist vermutlich erst vor kurzem komplett renoviert worden. Alles ist neu und in einem Top-Zustand. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Vermieter hat offenbar viel investiert. Zu der Wohnung gehören eine Garage und ein Gartenanteil mit ObstbĂ€umen. Wir haben es genossen dort abends bei einem Glas Rotwein den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Die Mitbewohner im Haus sind alle sehr freundlich. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war problemlos und sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer NĂ€he zur Veloroute 6, welche durch eine wunderschöne Landschaft immer entlang des Doubs fĂŒhrt. In Baume-les-Dames gibt es nette Restaurants und fuĂlĂ€ufig einen groĂen Supermarkt.
Vielen Dank an Raphael, der uns wunderschöne Tage ermöglicht hat. Wir werden die Wohnung gerne an Freunde weiterempfehlen.
