Publié le 2 août 2018 sur HotelsNous avons dormi à bay city seulement une nuit et nous avons été très bien reçu par le personnels. Les environs sont très bien avec plusieurs choix de restaurants mais la chose qui nous a déplus le plus est l'odeur d'humidité dans la chambre a notre arrivé. En général nous sommes satisfait pour une nuit.

However, I am saddened to hear that your room was too humid for you. This beautiful Michigan weather can sometimes get the best of us all. I will forward you comments to my maintenance department to ensure that the HVAC unit in the room you were in is working properly.

Despite several walks down to the front desk, there were people running up and down the halls all night, screaming, and slamming doors.
The pool area had litter and left behind clothing items on the tables and floors.
