Cleaning lady had not showed up and bathtub had a couple of hairs and debris on and in the tub.

Out of all the Hotels I’ve ever stayed in this one was by far the best from the kindness of the staff, the big rooms, amazing pillows and beds, great breakfast and so on I’ll definitely stay again

When I checked in the guy could care less. He didn't confirm # of nights, didn't tell me when check-out or breakfast was and didn't point me in the direction of my room. Didn't give me any kind of receipt to show number of nights. Somehow when I booked on expedia, I booked 2 nights, when we checked out after just the first night, my daughter told him we were checking out. We were still charged for 2 days. I was in town for a surprise birthday party for my mom and was in a hurry, but had he confirmed a booking for 2 nights, I could've corrected it at check-in. When I received the email with the final charge on Monday and saw the amount, I was furious. When I called to get it fixed and they couldn't/wouldn't do anything to rectify, I was livid. I've stayed at that hotel multiple times because it's ok, and it's the best price for a somewhat decent hotel. The front desk people are usually great. I am making a reservation for Monday, and I will start staying at a different hotel.

Pam, I am very sorry for the service you received. This is not our normal practice. I will coach to make sure all employees know how to properly treat all guests. Since you did go through a 3rd party, we would not been able to change the nights of stay. You would have been directed back to the source of booking as we cannot change that booking. I would love you for you to give us another try as you said you have stayed here before and have had no issues. I will personally see to it that these issues will not be an issue anymore.
