The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering this charming 70 mÂČ flat for rent in Bayeux, which can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 31 mÂČ living room, a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and two shower rooms. Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 31 mÂČ living room with a TV, a double sofa bed, and a dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen with an electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, extractor hood, and more
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×200)
- Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds (90×200) that can be pushed together to form a double bed
- Two bathrooms with showers
- A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board, iron and desk.

Outside:
- A 13 mÂČ private courtyard to enjoy the sunny days.

The flat is ideally located in Bayeux, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Excellent Location, Space and Hosts

Very nice flat on an easy access, quiet street just a few minutes walk from everything in Bayuex. Comfortable with enough furniture to sit 4 adults. Good size dining table and perfectly stocked kitchen. Great little enclosed patio for when the weather is good. Hosts were very accommodating and check in went smoothly, as we had driven in from Paris. Very good internet too. Easy enough free street parking on main street a block away. It was a great base for which to see Normandie, beaches and D-Day history.

Lovely

The owner was there to welcome us and show us how everything worked. We were close to everything so we were able to walk to a grocery store, sites, and restaurants. There are 2 shower rooms and one toilet. (As an American the description of 2.5 bathrooms implies 3 toilets available). My daughter said that the pullout couch was very comfortable. A great place to stay.

Beautiful home and a great location

We enjoyed so much our time at La Signature! It was centrally located, so we never had to do any driving
 Just walking to the cathedral and to the tapestry, and to all of our meals! Shopping was close by as well. The apartment was very comfortable for four adults!

Wonderful location in Bayeux

A great place to stay for a group of 5. It was nice that there were twin beds in one of the rooms. The pull out couch worked well. It was very spacious especially for Europe. The only small space was the toilet room. A tall person would struggle in the space. There is only one toilet and two shower rooms. We did make use of the washing machine which was great and there was a large drying rack. There were lots of extra blankets if needed and the kitchen was well stocked. But most importantly is the location. Just two short blocks from the main street and all the shops and restaurants. It is very conveniently located to access everything within walking distance. A lot of thoughtful touches like sleep masks, lots of plug ins for bedside charging, make up table/space and mirror. Very responsive hosts. I would stay here again if I were back in the area.

Amazing stay

The apartment was exactly as advertised, except we didn't realize how close is actually was to everything. A 5 min walk from the Cathedral, restaurants and shops just a short walk away. Bayeux is a lovely place and I would highly recommend this apartment. Thank you Olivier!!

Amazing Place in Bayeux!!!

We absolutely LOVED this property in Bayeux. It was really spacious, super clean, and a great layout for a family of 4. We also loved the location
all the major sites, restaurants, and shops were all a short walk away. The property managers were very nice, helpful, and always available if anything popped up. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a good home base for a fun Normandy trip!!!

5 nights in Bayeux. Perfect spot, walked to everything and free parking for the rental car very close. Was here with my dad and brother and this place was so great. Big living room area to relax in each evening.

Fantastic stay at La signature. Clean, well appointed and stylish and 5 mins from the cathedral and restaurants. Oliver was very helpful with checking in and out. Bayeux is beautiful too and a great point to get top all the D-Day beaches.
