This private lower-level, two bedroom condo is the sole condo in the multi-unit Bayfield Guest House.

Classy, comfy, and NEW two bedroom condo in a beautifully restored historic building. Escape to Bayfield for a luxury experience at the South Shore Condo at the Bayfield Guest House. Fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, large walk-in rain shower, velvet, leather, gold and crystal all come together for a modern twist on a classically created space.

Two bedrooms include a private queen bedroom with writing desk, and a double twin bedroom. All linens, towels, and basic toiletries provided. Beach towels provided upon request. Kitchen stocked with essential cooking equipment and standard drip coffee maker. Parking is located along 3rd Street.

Sleeps 5. Extra guest fee ($25/night per person) after 4 people.

Cute condo apartment. Aesthetics could use work (messy paint, caulk showing everywhere, bathroom window letting cold air blow thru, curtains too small for windows). Kitchen utensils and supplies very minimal compared to others we have stayed at. Have a microwave but all plates and bowls are not microwave safe. Area around was gorgeous, people are so polite and lots to do in Bayfield.

Christmas Vacation

Cute and cozy two bedroom apartment with added touches. If you want to be close to downtown this is! We enjoyed the space of having two bedrooms and the pullout couch for everyone to sleep. The robes were a nice added touch and the extras in the bath and kitchen were nice. There is street parking which be tricky if the weather is bad or if you visit during peak season. There are also outside stairs or walking around the outside deck area to the entrance.You log into you own streaming accounts for the tv which was nice for us.

Girls Trip

I brought my two daughters and my grandson here for a weekend. The condo was beautiful and perfect for us. The location is awesome! You can walk to everything. Because of the weather we weren't able to do much so we are looking forward to returning when it's sunny and hot!

New Years Weekend.

Only issue we had was checking in, we never received any info. I had to call VRBO that night after emailing to request check in process and how we get in to the property. Thank goodness I had another family member we could stay with until we got that all worked out. It would have been nice if the rental management had called us or emailed me with the address and info earlier in the day. I’m familiar with Bayfield, so I recognized the outside of the building. Other issue was the couple upstairs were sick all night with some type of GI symptoms and we could hear them all night in the bathroom. Felt bad for them, but the place could use better sound proofing.
