The Little Bodin

Cute two-bedroom upstairs rental unit with a small living area, centrally located within the heart of downtown Bayfield, close to all restaurants, shops, the beaches and the ferry line. NOTE: This property DOES NOT have a kitchen; it has a microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. It is ideal for small groups who mostly want to be out exploring and who will eat out or be fine with bringing food back to microwave and eat. We DO NOT SUPPLY EATING UTENSILS OR PLATES.

Guests will have the full upstairs unit to themselves. It consists of a small living room, one full bath and two large bedrooms, each with its own full/queen bed and freestanding wardrobe. The bedrooms are spacious, but the living area is tiny and would fit 4 snugly. THERE IS NO KITCHEN. We want to stress that this rental unit is ideal for groups who mostly plan activities outdoors and come back to wind down before bedtime.

The downstairs is its own separate rental unit. As sound travels easily through the walls, we ask that all guests observe indoor voices and light feet. **Quiet Hours are 10PM to 8AM**

**We have a strict “no outdoor shoes inside” policy. The flooring is hard maple throughout with area rugs for comfort. Please consider bringing your own indoor slippers or nonskid socks for your stay.**

**Bedrooms: The two spacious bedrooms each have a freestanding wardrobe.

**Full bath: There is one full bath with shower over tub. Dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided.

**Coffee: There is a Mr. Coffee 8-cup coffee maker with mugs. Folgers coffee is supplied.

**Roku TV: There is a 40" Roku TV in the living room.

**There is a mini fridge and microwave present. Please note there are NO PLATES OR UTENSILS available. Dawn dish soap and a small bottle cleaner are provided for washing coffee mugs.

Best little apartment ever:) This apartment was so well maintained and clean! Had everything we could have wanted. Beds were super comfortable, very nice bedding, big bedrooms and best location! It's right in the middle of everything. One block walk to three restaurants, half block to coffee shop and shoppy shops. One block from the docks. The only thing is that the delivery trucks early in the morning are a bit loud if you have windows open. To be expected when you are in the middle of all the action. But we absolutely loved our stay! Thank you for allowing us to rent your home:) Will definitely recommend and hope to be back.

Upside: Great location, only a block from the main dock in Bayfield. The rental has three good-sized bedrooms, plus a small-ish common room. Thus, it was a great base for taking ferry rides out to the Apostles and walking around town. Street parking in Bayfield can get pretty full on a summer day, and this place has a reserved spot.Downsides: As the owners are careful to remind you, this rental has a microwave, a mini-fridge, and a coffee-maker, but no full kitchen or dining room, and only a small common room.Thus, it's a good place to keep some provisions for a quick meal, but if you are visiting with a group, you might want to go over to the park and sit on a bench to eat it. Also, the rental is on the top floor of a house. There is a private entrance, but you need to carry anything you are bringing up an external and an internal set of stairs. This wasn't a problem for us, but it might be an issue for others.

After a full day of kayaking this was perfect for what we needed. Location was amazing and we even got to see live music by the water. It was nice to be steps away from the grocery store, coffee and many restaurant options. Place was decorated with a cosey feeling. We stayed only one night before heading to Madeline Island to to go camping, so having a comfy place to stay was sooo nice. It was like staying at a hotel but much more homey. The host was very helpful and responsive to our questions.

Very nicely renovated property. Very comfy beds. Everything was great.I was just puzzled why there were 3 queen beds and a sleeper sofa but only seating for 3 people in the living area. I owned rental property and worked construction my entire life. Seems like a poor utilization of the space.

. The owners responded immediately to messages prior and were on site working in the yard. Beautiful people! Check-in was easy and totally secure. AC worked super great - it was a warm weekend and the unit was cool and comfortable. Could not hear folks in the lower unit AT ALL. Beds were comfortable. Unit was well equipped.Can’t express CLEAN enough!!!I fully and totally recommend.
Unit is right at the main intersection close to everything in Bayfield!
Directions to unit are well marked and instructions were precise.

No living room

Very clean was advertised 2 bdrm, but there was three one of which should be converted into living room. I was there with three adults and the only sitting area had just a love seat so we couldn't all sit and visit together the sitting area was combined with a very inefficient kitchen area had only microwave toadter mini fridge and coffee pot but no room or dishes to use in microwave. If they moved the living atea to one of the larger bedroom they could probably put in a counter. Drspite all the bedrooms only had seating for two

This place was perfect for a weekend getaway! The apartment was clean, the rooms were cozy, and everything was so close! We loved walking around and looking at shops and to the pier. Lovely and perfectly located.

We stayed in this lovely house with cousins. Pao and Khou were prefect hosts, very responsive to our questions and needs. The location couldn't have been more perfect, within easy distance of everything in Bayfield that we wanted to see and do. Great location. Each had our own bedroom

It was very cute,comfortable beds, and the location to everything in town was perfect. We never used the car the entire time we were there. The stairs could be a problem for older people, but us 55-70 year olds had no trouble 😊
