Close to two of the most beautiful villages in France, Gargilesse-Dampierre and Saint-Benoît-du-Sault, but also to the Green Venice of Berry, Argenton-sur-Creuse.

You will be seduced by a beautiful property consisting of an independent house with a large partially fenced garden of 4,500 m2 and its secure lake (no fish). The cottage is composed on the ground floor of a kitchen (old sheepfold) equipped with dining area and a wood stove, a living room with fireplace/insert (5 steps to access it), a bathroom and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, a landing leads to two bedrooms each with a 140 cm double bed and a water point in one of the bedrooms.
From the landing, a few steep steps will lead you to a large children's area/games room with 4 single beds in an alcove (80 cm bed). A table football is available for the family.

You can enjoy a family meal on the private terrace or in the shade of the chestnut tree with a breathtaking view of the lake and the surrounding countryside.
