Beach Haven - 17 Rocky Lane

This beach house is the perfect getaway space for all your vacation needs. This two-story beach house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and is only a two-minute walk away from a white sandy beach. The beach house has a beautiful view of the ocean and allows one to relax while listening to the waves breaking against the beach.

This beach house has a full kitchen with a fridge, freezer, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and all other appliances and cookware that you would need during your stay. The kitchen also comes with a large table for a family or large group gathering and the kitchen includes all the dishes and cutlery one would need.

The beach house has a large deck for barbecuing on with an outdoor patio set for enjoying either the scenic sunrise or sunset. The yard has a bonfire pit for those evening get-togethers under the stars.

Only a 30-minute drive from Charlottetown and 15 minutes from World Renown Crowbush golf course, Lakeside beach, and Co-op (local grocer). Near by restaurants such as Laurie's Kitchen, Holy Cow, Peakes Tee, Trailside and Rick's Fish & Chips. You can also walk to the local wharf to inquire about fresh lobster and other seafood right off the fishing boat between May 1st - September 1st.

If one is into outdoor activities there is deep sea fishing, kayak rentals, horseback riding, and striped bass fishing all within 20 minutes of this location.

The beach house also includes a TV, DVD player and WiFi for all your entertainment needs. There is also a propane fireplace in the common area and if one is wanting to read there is a spacious sunroom to kick back and relax. There is a washer and dryer for freshening up your clothes and beach towels during your stay.

The beach house sleeps up to 12 people with seven beds. If one has children a playpen is provided as well as a highchair. There are three large bathrooms with a Jacuzzi in the master bedroom.

This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check-in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travelers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travelers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travelers cancelling less than 14 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.

Beach Haven was perfect for us. We were a group of 4 ladies so we each had our own room and loved that there were 3 bathrooms. Great sized rooms including an eat in kitchen. Lots of dishes, cutlery, pots and cooking utensils.As the weather was sunny and warm, we used the large deck outside a great deal. Our host Trevor was accessible by phone and text and got back to us promptly when we had questions.Would definitely rent Beach Haven again.

Our Visit to Anne of Green Gables

Our VRBO home at Beachhaven was roomy clean, and just a 2 minute walk to the ocean where the lobster boats come in!Trevor and Maykala were so good to communicate with us from start to finish! They were ready to help us at any time if we had any concerns or questions. We thourghly enjoyed our time on Prince Edward Island. If you have time do not miss the Anne and Gilbert musical! Top notch! The island is beautiful, the people were so kind and friendly and the food was delicious everywhere!

Nice cottage near the beach

We spent four days exploring PEI, and this house provided a nice place to return to each day. We enjoyed walking the beach and experienced an amazing sunset along the water. Thank you for a lovely vacation!

Savage Harbour

This property is an older house that has been updated as a seaside cottage. It is large and sleeps up to 12 in 4 bedrooms. The kitchen is reasonably equipped. It is supplied with some beach toys, games and beach towels. It is close to a wonderful beach and about 30 minutes from Charlottetown. It suited us well.

The cottage is more like a house. It has everything you will need from lobster pots to beach towels. The beach is an easy walk. We were in close communication with the landlord. We would rent again without hesitation.

Our stay here was wonderful. There were plenty of beds for us all. We had a nice little welcome gift when we arrived. And being so close to the ocean was great for the kids, the beach was lovely, even in October!

Lovely getaway steps from the beach

If you're looking for a lot of space right near the beach, look no further. 4 bedrooms give everyone a lot of room, the property is clean and well supplied and a lovely little beach is a short walk away. The owner has great communication and check in and out were a breeze. The only suggestion I can think of for improvement is to maybe keep some oil and spices around. There is a ton of cooking gear in the kitchen, but who wants to go buy a million spices just for a short vacation? A nice spice variety (the owner supplies only salt and pepper) and a bottle of olive oil would be much appreciated. Other than that, no complaints. The welcome pack of snacks and all the island maps were a lovely touch,

Beautiful location

The cottage was extremely cute. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms which was great for our group. We had a fair amount of rain on our trip so the kitchen and inside living space started to feel a bit cramped. Trevor was extremely kind and helpful. Overall you can’t beat the proximity to the beach and the space.

Accommodations excellent. Location to beach excellent. Mosquitoes can be an issue when not windy. Mosquito repellant and coils are very effective. It was an unusually warm week leading to heat issues overnight. Adding a second air con to the lower level would help a lot. Very well equipped kitchen. Overall excellent week at Beach Haven.

Great Holiday House

My friends and I rented this house as a base fro our week of golf on PEI. Great location for the event with fantastic golf courses and Charlottetown within easy reach. The house was just as advertised and well appointed. Trevor was very pleasant to deal with and was very keen on meeting our needs. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Amazing & Beautiful Vacation

Beach Haven was the perfect place to stay for our family get together. Trevor and Makayla provided a wonderful experience with all the extras we sometimes may forget! The house was wonderful and was the perfect accommodations for our family of 10. Quiet area and we loved that it was only a very short walk to the amazing beach!
