Heated pool and 2 parking/ 6 pool badges included with parking.2 designated parking spaces 6 beach passes offered, PASSES WILL BE LEFT IN UNIT THIS YEAR 4 chairs and umbrella(no guarantees). No smoking No pets. . No large groups. Queen sleeper in LR. Unit features new baths, flat screen TV and surround sound system. Tenant has choice of purchasing non refundable damage insurance plus $250 refundable security or $500 security deposit.
