Two bedrooms on first floor with full bath, 3 bedrooms on 2nd floor with full bath, providing sleeping for 11 persons. Features include Central A/C, all appliances, gas grill, nice backyard with an enlarged ground deck, picnic tables (2), & new outside shower in 2017. Plenty of off street parking. Owner provides 8 beach badges as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. No smoking or pets please. Pillows and blankets/comforters.will be provided.
