The downstairs living room offers an additional 46" flat screen TV, game table and comfortable seating. You are only steps away from beach with lifeguards and a short walk from the town’s restaurants, markets, and ice cream parlors. Cook inside or out on the gas grill. Get a restful nights sleep on the pillow top mattresses. Ten beach badges are provided as courtesy for access to both ocean and bay beach. Tenant is responsible to replace if badge is missing.. Tenant must sign waiver/ addendum.
