Charming house on deep water cove and amazing views

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful house with open concept, spacious outdoor space and easy access to the lake. House comfortably sleeps 5 with a master bedroom and open sleeping with 2 twins and a futon upstairs . Complete kitchen, dining room, two full bathrooms and a spacious living room with a fireplace. Covered carport is great for outdoor eating and having fun with family in the shade. Relax on the front porch with gorgeous views of Cherokee Lake and enjoy the firepit at night.

The space
The entire house is open to guest, except outside storage area. We also rent the house next door, so great option for a large family or multiple families to stay close together but have their own space. That cabin sleeps 4. Contact me for more formation or check out our other listing.

Other things to note
This house overlooks the marine, which is in deep water with year round boat access. Marina typically has space to dock your boat during your visit.

We provide a starter kit of toilet paper, k cups, laundry pods and paper towels
to get you through until you can get to the store.

Driveway is steep.

This house is rural, with only a Dollar General within about 5 miles. Grocery stores are about 20 minutes away.

Trash pick up is done by the owner, who will pick up trash at the end of your staff. That being said, if you have excess trash or trash begins to smell, let us know and we will pick it up.

If you’re planning a trip from October to the end of December and want to bring a boat, we have a slip available at a marina 2 miles away. Please message me for availability and details. Has been rented via another site for 4 years, so check out our reviews there.

There is no garbage pickup, you can drop off for free at the convenient center at the end of Lakeshore just before Route 25.
No smoking or vaping inside. Clean up all cigarette butts from the lawn and outside area.

It was clean and nice but the front bathroom has a super tiny shower and toilet is next to the living room couch with a loover door separating you - little to not privacy for a bathroom. Parking a boat was extremely difficult; don't recommend renting this for a fishing trip if you have a boat...no convenient parking w/ super steep parking.

Lake views

Overall it was a great stay. Visiting family that live in the area was fantastic. Everything was provided to get our stay going and Dollar General was very close. The only takeaway was the driveway was very narrow and the showers were weird needing a bit more privacy. I would suggest an adjustable shower handle on the side wall so water wasn’t coming out the front. The host was very kind in getting an additional day added when I couldn’t. I would stay here again

Everything was great!

This property is great for so many reasons! The view, location (not far from docks for boat rentals...and close to Dollar General) and about an hour or so from Gatlinburg. House was clean and wifi was strong...most important factors for us!

Enjoyed our stay

Great little get away from home. Loved the living room, very comfy. Loved the view. I wished there was access to the dock from the house instead of having to drive back to the main road and around, but not the property owners fault. My only company with the property was the showers
 the set down tub I never could get filled up because the water would run right back down the drain. And the other shower was pointing torwards the curtain which was just odd. Overall loved it and would come back.
