Beautiful home country at 200 m from the slopes. Residential quiet along the heart of the family village station. Large terrace exposed & shaded summer. Nice landscaped garden. Beautiful views of the massif. All amenities on site. 200m from the slopes in the heart of the family resort-village of Arèches. Many other reference ski areas nearby (Espace Diamant and its 190km of slopes, Hauteluce-Val-Joly-Contamines-Montjoie at the foot of Mont-Blanc). Les Saisies Olympic resort and its world-renowned Nordic site 25km away. In the heart of Beaufortain, a real little Savoyard "tyrol".
