DeepWater Peaceful Reflections

Enjoy this lovely studio style fully open concept condo with full views of Battery Creek in a safe gated community. Across from Parris Island, 10 minutes to Downtown Waterfront Beaufort, 30 minutes to Hunting Island State Park, 45 minutes to Hilton Head/Bluffton, 1 hour from Savannah and Charleston,fine dining and great gift shops. Relax after a day of fun and activities in peace and comfort while watching for dolphins from the second floor balcony overlooking the Battery Creek River. We offer a queen bed with linens and duvet cover, towels and personal care items in bathroom,full size sofa with matching loveseat,full kitchen with snacks upon arrival. This condo is part of a private community,but the pool and outdoor firepit are not allowed use by guests and most important we are unable to allow boats within this condo community,the dock in the picture is not usable by our guests as it is a privately owned dock and we do not have the gate code access.The townhouses adjacent to this condo community are the owners of the dock/fire pit/pool. Please do not use them.If you have a boat we can not allow you to park it within this gated condo community due to insurance liability reasons.The Parris Island public boat landing is within walking distance from this condo but the guest assumes all risk if the guest chooses to leave their boat unattended at the boat landing parking area. Everything was really good as far as communication, cleanliness, and location was perfect for Paris Island MCRD Graduation. However, this is the very frustrating reason for the 1 star review. The listing is extremely false. This is NOT a 1 bedroom condo. Its a 1 room condo. Its whats considered to be an efficiency. There is only a half wall between living room and bedroom. So, when your traveling with family or a friend you only have the bathroom to change in or you can squeeze in the laundry room and change. This is perfect for a couple or a parent/parents with a small child.I really hope this listing is corrected!It would have been 5 star if it wasn't falsely advertised. I would also suggest a Keurig.

Great location! We even saw dolphins in the channel. Wonderful and understanding host. Close to Parris Island if you have a Marine on base. Hands down, we would stay again if we are in the area. I would highly recommend arriving in the daylight as street lighting on the main road is minimal to nothing which is not a reflection of the place or host.

Fantastic vacation spot for two

We had a wonderful time staying here. It was in a great location, quiet, and had great views. We were able to watch the sun rise in the mornings and even saw dolphins a few times on the creek. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable staying here. The property was clean and well maintained. We will definitely be staying here again next time we are in the area. I can’t say enough good things about it, we loved staying here.

Hidden Gem

Perfect little hideaway with a beautiful view! It has everything you need for quiet escape. Rocking chairs on the dock were a neat plus 💖. I had asked the Host if there was any way we could check in early. We had been out of power for a week due to Helene. She turned it around and got us in by 1;30. So Thankful. She was Amazing!!

Great Stay

Had a lovely one night stay. Its just as pretty as in the photos. The bed is a little squeaky when you're getting asjusted but so comfortable I slept like the dead. Seems like a very safe neighborhood. I would have been comfortable staying alone (as a woman).

Weekend Getaway

This property is perfectly located and very quiet. It’s close to the Spanish Moss Trail if you enjoy biking. The view of the water from the balcony was great. We enjoyed watching all the boats go by. We’ll be back for sure!

Brother-in-laws Marine Graduation

Property was quiet and just beautiful. Right around the corner from the base and only 15 minutes from Beaufort! The Sands was only 10ish minutes from there. The room was stocked with everything we could need including a washer and dryer so we were able to go home with clean clothes! Would recommend this place to anyone going to Parris Island for graduation or even just a getaway of their own!

perfect getaway

Really enjoyed staying at Lynda’s condo. Great view, relaxing, low key, easy access to everything that is “Low Country” Like a secret and favorite “hiding spot”, don’t want to recommend too highly in fear of everyone else finding out 😀

Place needs work.

Stayed for a month. Would be fine for a few days however, place needs work! No screen on sliding door for air flow and windows screens need replacing due to several holes and gap between screen and frame. Carpet and rugs need major cleaning, along with couches. Bed foam topper has disgusting stains and should not have been left on the bed. Manager said it would be disposed of. There were no cleaning products available to use. I have pictures of these issues if needed.

Deep Water Peaceful Reflections

This property overlooks Battery Creek. you see the water as soon as you open the door.. Very Clean Very Very Clean upscale furniture and bedding and towels. Has everything you need. Just bring your smile and if for some reason you are not wearing your smile before you get there your smile will return to your face when you open the door. Close to stores and restaurants.

Immaculate condo in convenient location.

We found the condo to be very clean and in a convenient location. Communication with the property manager was excellent, including when we had a problem with the gate. When I notified her that there was no coffee in the condo as described, she offered to reimburse us for purchased coffee. The bed was extremely comfortable; we don’t remember falling asleep. We didn’t see any dolphins, but we weren’t there very long in daylight. This condo in not a one-bedroom; it is a studio. The bed is in an open area, separated by a half wall; this was not a problem for us.

Great host

My partner and I stood for our Marine graduate. The Marine base location was minutes from the property. The location was great and clean. The host did an amazing job accommodating us. The property was clean, and set up perfectly with amenities. She went above and beyond your needs. I would highly recommend this location.

Beautiful river and marsh views

We stayed in this unit for 5 days. It is private and very comfortable. This is an upstairs unit with great views. They provide everything you need to prepare meals and you are very close to a grocery store. It is an easy drive to Downtown Port Royal, Beaufort Waterfront Park and Hunting Island.

Ideal for Marine Corp Graduation

We traveled in for our grandsons Marine Corp boot camp celebrations and ceremonies. Days started early (5-6 am), the location was perfect and saved on travel time. The host was also very gracious allowing an extra time to get checked out after the final ceremony. The little apartment is perfectly comfortable and nicely appointed for two people. The host left snacks and candies that made it a little extra special.
