The floors were dirty, when I walked my feet turned black. There was also a lot of noise going on during the night; people yelling, talking loud, but other than that it was ok!

Staff was non existant. Had to check in telecommute with a computer. The person spoke to me as if i was stupid and never stayed in a hotel before. They did not accept my handicap request and put me on 2nd floor with no assistance. There are no carts to move baggage, nothing. Most unprofessional place i have ever stayed.

Likes: convenient as far location and prices, had hot running water, staff were nice, others staying were nice, like the kiosk idea for safety reasons (machine used for checking in and out)...this could be made a very nice hotel Dislikes: nobody could log into your wifi because passwords didnt work, yall have roaches (i killed one and was a dead one in the drawer), the rooms smell SO bad therefore buy some freshners for your rooms and hallways, the chairs in rooms are very nasty stained up and have holes in them (BUY NEW ONES), pool was closed but that wasnt mentioned on the site, rooms look way cleaner and newer on website, your breakfast is HORRIBLE...bagels were hard, eggs werent cooked right, cereal was stale, but had good OJ, and the parking is horrible with work trucks there. They take up 2-3 spaces plus lot is small. Overall we made do but wouldnt pick this one to stay again. The roaches gotta go

It is not very good for handicapped persons. There are no elevators or carts to help with moving your belongings to and from your room. The kiosk person is rude and scripted.

It was a okay hotel. Nice pool. A convenient drive for us to get to our destination during the stay. Hotel needs updated on small things such as paint, new floor, new doors. Our door had a gap but locked so it wasn’t that bad. They kept charging my aunts card and not refunding it and also the day we had to leave my cousins car got hit but the guy told us the cameras didn’t work.. i suggest they get new cameras with so many people in and out.

Budget friendly.

My room was a little outdated and the bathroom could us a little remodeling but for the most part, those are the only negatives. I think that it's in a safe area. It was quiet at night. The continental breakfast was pretty good. My room was definitely very clean. I didn't see dirt in the corners or cobwebs. I will be the first to admit, this is not the place you bring your family for vacation, but for the solo traveler on a budget, it wasn't bad. I'd stay there again.

The fact that I booked an stay for three nights and I only stayed for two nights, and I did not get a refund on the spot. I had a virtual receptionist and did not offer the best attention. Only sugested that I get in touch with expedia to get a refund. Nothing is better than a face to face service.

The room was clean. Parking is adequate. The bed was saggy and uncomfortable - the box spring was old and no longer firm enough to hold up the mattress. It bulged and sagged in several places. The bathroom door would not close all the way. The sliding glass door did not lock. The stairs up to the 2nd floor outside are steep and unsafe. There is a wobbly step on the first flight on the right (if you're facing them from the office). The check-in process was VERY off-putting. There is no staff member there to check you in. Instead you have to use a kiosk that links to someone off-site (most likely overseas). So you speak thru a screen with someone through both a language barrier and a delay. The breakfast is okay, but there is no tea offered. Only coffee. I don't drink coffee, so that wasn't useful to me. The outside doors to the hallways do not lock, even though they have card readers. So they're open 24/7 and accessible by anyone off the street, which is not safe. There is no smoking in the rooms, which is great, but that means smokers would go sit on the only stairs that access the 2nd floor from the outside, so I would have to walk through a cloud of smoke to get to my room many times. None of this was a good value for the money.

-The fact that foreigners were running the hotel is a joke. -The lobby looks like crap; all security doors were not secured. -Some people were smoking weed in the back of the hotel. -The room I reserved had insects on the bed, pillows cases and comforters had light brown stains. -Walls have brown and black stains/spots. Paint on the walls are chipping everywhere. -The sliding doors were not aligned, and it took me 12 minutes to secure it. The bolt was not fully secured. The peep hole was way above the door, (Made for anyone 5 foot 9 inches). This must change or lose business permanently. -Whoever thought this is the way forward, is to be fired and thrown into a volcano. -I will post this on other social sites.

The pool was nice but the plants around the pool were unkempt. Our room was good until we laid down and fleas or some kind of bug was biting us pretty bad. The check in was a little ridiculous as well.
