Welcome to Bridge View on Broad, a cozy waterfront retreat nestled in the heart of historic Beaufort, North Carolina. Perfectly positioned along the serene sound front, this charming one-bed, one-bath rental offers stunning views of the sound from your private screened-in porch. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a peaceful sunset, the porch is the perfect place to relax and unwind.
Inside, you’ll find the kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook or reheat meals with ease. Amenities include a mini fridge/freezer, toaster oven, microwave, electric skillet, coffee maker, cooking utensils, and even a dishwasher for easy cleanup.
The dock offers convenient access for boating or simply enjoying the water up close. After a day in the sun, rinse off in the outdoor shower before heading inside to relax. The unit also features a washer and dryer, adding convenience to your stay.
Located just a short walk or bike ride from downtown Beaufort's shops, restaurants, and waterfront attractions, Bridge View on Broad blends quiet coastal charm with easy access to local culture and activities.
Whether you're planning a romantic getaway, a solo retreat, or a work-from-waterfront stay, this peaceful sound front escape offers comfort, convenience, and unforgettable views.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

OTHER NOTES:
-If you will be using the dock please note you will not be able to launch your boat at the property. There is a free ramp nearby, which is Towne Creek Water Access (next to Towne Creek Marina, which is located at the north end of Turner St at the bypass).
-There are 2 options for overnight parking for your trailer; Beaufort Yacht Basin - 103 Cedar St ( 2 blocks from the property- $25 per night. ***There is a Beaufort ordinance against trailer parking on town streets for more than one hour or be subject to a $50 fine.

It was perfect for the 2 of us for a long weekend. The location was great because we could walk to restaurants and shops yet it was far enough from the main drag that it wasn’t loud and busy and street parking was easy.

Beaufort Stay

The suite was clean, comfortable, quiet, and close to area attractions. We really enjoyed sunset views from the screened in porch and walking to historic waterfront. A highlight of trip was a ferry ride to Shackelford Banks to see wild horses and Cape Lookout Lighthouse “the Diamond Lady”. Also, Fort Macon is definitely worth a visit while in the area.

Short get away.

My wife and I went on a short get away for a few days to Beaufort. This is a very charming property with a boat slip just steps away from our front door. It was very clean, accommodating and nicely decorated. I would definitely recommend staying here for convenience to the downtown shops and having boat access. In our opinion, the bed was too firm for us, otherwise, a 5 star stay for us.

This is the second time we have rented this location. We enjoyed our time. Just as advertised. Great location, nice screened in porch and area to dock your boat. Perfect for 2 people for a week. To me the mattress was hard and not comfortable, although my husband was fine with it. Need a place for hanging clothes.

A Little Gem

Very nice home in a great location with a king-size bed. I really have no negatives. A blind on the main entrance door would be good, as the mirror from the bathroom reflects onto that door. That's being picky, as other than that, it was very nice. I loved the screened porch; it was very private.
